These commissions are for personal usage only. I retain the full copyright and ownership of the piece. If the client is interested in commercial use or licensing please contact me directly.

Payment is required upfront.

After confirmation for me to start working, the applicant must pay the equivalent of 50% of the total amount (upfront payment). The other 50% will be paid when the work(s) is(are) done. If the applicant wishes, they can make the full payment instead of the 50% down payment.

If the customer has made the payment and wants to give up the order, the customer will be refunded as long as I have not started working on the commission. If I have started working on the project, the entry fee will not be refunded.

The work follows these steps: 1- Gathering of reference materials (research), 2- Sketches,  3- Lineart, 4- Colorization, finalization of light, shadow and details.

Each step will be presented to the applicant. I will only proceed to the next step once I get approval for the previous step. The applicant cannot request changes to that stage that has already been approved. If the applicant wants to make changes to previous stages, an extra fee of 30% will be added.

At any moment, the client can ask me to see the progress of their commission. 

For each preview, a watermark will be placed. This is a procedure I do for all orders. When the final payment is made, the watermark will be removed and the order will be delivered.

I usually work with a 2480px X 3508px (21 cm X 29,7 cm) canvas . If the customer wants a different size, specify it.  

After the final payment is made, I will send the files in PNG and PDF format to the applicant (if the applicant wants a physical copy, leave it specified).

For physical prints and canvases the purchaser is responsible for all taxes and customs charges that may be due with international shipping.

If the customer ordered a traditional art and wants the original version of the art, a fee will be added. 

I am refrained from using the commissioned work for my own use other than my portfolio (I am prohibited from using the work from this commission to earn money with prints, shirts, buttons, posters, etc.).

I reserve the right to deny a commission. I am open to painting many subjects so please inquire.

I will not draw: mechas, offensive themes, underage sexual themes.
